Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order as soon as we recieve payment. We will normally send your order to you next business day depending on the product . International orders are generally received in about 7-14 days for more specialist products please enquire about shipping times.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Invo-Tec do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Goods must be inspected upon arrival and if necessary inspected for damage,if goods are signed for as being undamaged and then checked at a later date to be found damaged whilst in transit,We cannot make a claim for you,So please inspect your parts upon arrival or signed for as damaged as a precaution.
Also any late returns longer than 7 days will be subject to a 20% returns/restocking fee,by buying from us you agree to this contract,you also agree that custom made parts or parts made to order are not allowed a refund as materials and parts will have to be bought in order to pruduce your parts you agree to this contract if purchased.
Any returns from customers returning items due to changes of mind will incur a 20% re-stocking fee postage on returns will not be paid by us under any circumstances,postage will be paid by the customer.
Under no circumstances will we be held liable refund for labour changes used to fit parts even if they are to be returned or found faulty,
Incorrect Items
Any Incorrect items will be replaced as soon as possible, Please notify us of any problem, and reseal the parcel ready to send back. All return items must be in original packaging and in new, saleable condition.
Performance products
The consumer understands the ramifications of buying and installing these performance parts to their vehicle. The vendor is not responsible for any misconception or disappointment associated with the parts purchased.
Liability
The liability of the vendor either to the purchaser or any other person or company for damage injury or loss or any kind what so ever to any property or person arising on consequence of having purchased or possessed the sellers goods or for any consequential loss shall be limited to the replacement value of said goods.
For the avoidance of doubt the vendor shall not in any event how so ever or what so ever be responsible or have and consequential.
Product Guarantee/Warranty
Any warranty supplied to the consumer on any product purchased will be that which is supplied by the manufacturer of the product.
No condition is made or to be implied nor is any warranty given or to be implied other than the manufactures, or that the products supplied will be suitable for any particular purpose. We disclaim any responsibility for products which do not reach the normal manufactures standards, or any damages which are incurred directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators or passengers of the vehicle.
SHIPPING
All customers making orders both online or by phone MUST without fail check the condition of all goods purchased before signing the form given by the courior/delivery company, failure to do so WILL result in us NOT being able to make any claims for the damage and we WILL NOT accept any returns if the customer does not inspect and sign accordingly,therefore we advise customers to sign for the goods as damged regardless.
